VS Training Centre is a new Mixed Martial Arts facility and training camp for mixed martial artists both professional, amateur and newcomers to the sport.

We have a full cage, boxing ring, full suite of training equipment and a large high quality matted area.

We are based in Rotherham, South Yorkshire with close access to the A1 (Exit 6).
Classes will be running mornings and evenings throughout the week and weekend. Our coaching staff are all very experienced and are both respected and respectful.
 

So if you want to come and train in an attitude-free environment, everyone of all age, sex, fitness, size and skill are very welcome.
